On the move was inspired by the tragic story of a Rhodes student who was murdered while hitch-hiking to her graduation ceremony.  The 10-minute investigative looks at the culture of hitch hiking in the Eastern Cape.  Even though it is a risky form of transportation, it's efficiency and cost effectiveness makes it an attractive option for those seeking efficacy and affordability.  Until such transportation is offered, the culture of hitch-hiking will continue.
